ArcelorMittal announced analyst consensus estimates for the third quarter of 2025

Visible Alpha brought together the estimates of approximately 15 brokerage firms that regularly follow ArcelorMittal to form a consensus. Among these estimates, only 12 brokerage firms shared their updated data on the platform as of October 27, 2025.

3Q 2025 consensus estimates

  • EBITDA: USD1,464 million
  • Net income: USD 404 million
  • Earnings per share (EPS): USD 0.53

Institutions contributing to the consensus forecast included Bank of America, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Santander, ING, Jefferies, Kepler, Tush Bank, Morgan Stanley, Oddo, and Wells Fargo.

ArcelorMittal emphasized that the estimates are entirely based on the opinions of independent third party analysts and that the company did not directly contribute to their preparation. In its statement, the company noted that the consensus figures should be regarded solely as an external assessment.

ArcelorMittal also reminded that forecasts may contain forward looking statements and that various risks, uncertainties and market conditions could lead to significant differences in actual results.
