Arabian Pipes, one of the region's welded steel pipe manufacturers, has continued its cooperation with Aramco, one of the world's largest integrated energy and chemicals companies, through a new contract.
According to the company's statement, the official signing ceremony was held on June 30, 2026. The contract was finalized following the tender award previously communicated to Arabian Pipes.
Under the agreement, Arabian Pipes will be responsible for the manufacture and delivery of specialized steel pipes that comply with technical specifications for use in Aramco's infrastructure projects. The total contract duration has been set at nine months.
The company stated that the order will be fulfilled at its domestic production facilities and that the project demonstrates Arabian Pipes' ability to meet large-scale industrial orders within a short timeframe.
The agreement is expected to strengthen Arabian Pipes' order book and contribute to the company's revenues through the first half of 2027. The company's management stated that the financial impact of the contract will be reflected in the relevant reporting periods.
Arabian Pipes also announced that there are no related parties involved in the transaction, in accordance with the transparency regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). The company added that the contract was awarded under competitive commercial terms and constitutes a standard business agreement within the scope of its core business activities.
Arabian Pipes and Aramco also signed contracts worth approximately SAR 62 million in May last year.
