An agreement has been signed on the full restoration of the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant

"The agreement with the investor has been signed, it was not an easy task. We are in dialogue with the investor, the rolling mill is being launched at some stage now. And it is important for us that these are chains. For example, the launch of a blast furnace is associated with an environmental component. Alas, but until 2014, DMZ worked with concessions," Pushilin said.

He emphasized that the plant's work will be restored in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. Currently, the regional authorities and the investor are holding consultations with relevant departments. After their completion, the timing and nuances of the launch of the DMZ will be determined. "The enterprise will definitely work. This is a decision that is at the adoption stage," Pushilin concluded.
