Alpha Metallurgy has acquired German Kind&Co.

One of Türkiye's leading steel companies, Alpha Metalurji, has announced that it has incorporated the German company Kind&Co. in line with its growth targets. Alpha Metallurgy, operating with a total of four facilities in four different industrial cities in Türkiye, offers solutions to the wide range of metal heat treatment needs of its customers.

Kind&Co. Edelstahlwerk product group, which reflects Germany's 130 years of steel experience, is known for its high quality materials. These products are used in the aluminum, copper, brass extrusion, forging and metal injection molding industries to maximize the performance of molds and tools.

Alpha Metalurji's strategic decision to merge with the Turkish industry aims to consolidate the company's leadership in the sector. This merger will increase its competitive advantage in the sector with its expanded product range and strong areas of expertise.

Combined with Kind&Co.'s experience, Alpha Metalurji plans to offer a high level of service in the areas of tool steel and heat treating.
