Aamal increases its stake in Frijns Structural Steel Middle East to 40 per cent

Qatar-based Aamal Company Frijns Structural Steel has announced an increase in its stake in the Middle East to 40%. This step continues Aamal's success in the industrial production sector and is considered as an important move towards achieving growth.

Frijns Structural Steel ME has been operating in Qatar since 2009 and has established a strong position in the industrial sector by providing steel production and engineering services. Aamal holds a 20 per cent stake in the company and will increase its shareholder payout to 40 per cent with this new acquisition.

Aamal announced that the share purchase process was carried out with an independent valuation and that the principle of transparency was fully respected in this process. With this investment, Aamal aims to contribute more to industrial projects in Qatar with a focus on growth in the industrial sector.

Aamal CEO Rashid Al Mansoori emphasised that this move is in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and is an important step towards increasing industrial investments. Al Mansoori stated that the expansion of this compilation will contribute to sustainable development and increase the capacity to support large projects.

With this investment, Aamal aims to add more value to its business partners and fortresses.
