2012 yılında durağan bir piyasa olduğunu aktaran Keklik, 2013 yılı ocak ayında çıkan KDV yasasının 2013 yılına özellikle geçmişe dönük olarak biriken bu stokların erimesinden dolayı hareketli bir piyasanın yaşanmasına neden olabileceğini söyledi.
