Gayrimenkulde Güven Azaldı

Türkiye İş Bankası desteği ile hazırlanan REIDIN Türkiye Gayrimenkul Sektörü Güven Endeksi değeri, 2017 yılı 3. çeyrek döneminde geçen çeyrek döneme göre yüzde 3 azalışla 109.0 (Kısmen İyimser) olarak ölçüldü.

REIDIN Türkiye Gayrimenkul Sektörü Fiyat Beklenti Endeksi değeri, 2017 yılı 3. çeyrek döneminde geçen çeyrek döneme göre yüzde 2 azalışla 104.0 (Kısmen İyimser) olarak ölçüldü.

Buna göre, gayrimenkul fiyatlarında geçmiş üç aylık döneme göre, önümüzdeki üç aylık dönemde fiyat artış beklentisi arttı.
