Gayrimenkul sektörünün lider şirketlerinden Sinpaş GYO, 2012 yılı satış rakamlarını açıkladı. 2012’de toplam 1510 satış gerçekleştiren şirket, toplam 702 milyon TL satış geliri elde etti.

Yeni projelerin damga vurduğu 2012’de, Sinpaş GYO’nun Ankara’daki projesi İncek Life’ta 346 konut satışı gerçekleştirirken; şirket iştiraklerinden Eviya Gayrimenkul’ün projesi Ege Boyu’nda 395 konut satışı yapıldı.

Sinpaş GYO, 2013 yılı içinde satışına başlamayı planladığı Bomonti Time, The First Çankaya, Ankara Büyükesat ve Halkalı projeleri ile 2013 yılında cirosunu %45 artırarak 1 milyar TL satış geliri bekliyor.
