Hot rolled coil exports up y-o-y

In February of this year, US exports of hot-rolled coil totaled about 33,000 tons, decreased by 8.7% from January but increased by 8.6% from February 2022.

Exports to Mexico ranked first

Exports to Mexico were about 17,000 tons, to Canada about 14,500 tons and to other countries less than 1,000 tons.

Export value amounted to US$ 54 million

During the period, the value of exports amounted to approximately US$ 54 million, decreased by 7.5% on a monthly basis and increased by 4.1% on an annualized basis.
