Oyak Çimento'nun projesi ile ilgili karar verildi

Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığının açıklaması şöyle:

ADANA ili YÜREGIR, ilcesi GÜZEL CUMHURİYET MAHALLESİ O34 B2 PAFTA mevkiindeki OYAK ÇİMENTO FABRİKALARI A.Ş. tarafından yapılması planlanan IR:71503 NUMARALI KİL OCAĞI KAPASİTE ARTIŞI projesi ile ilgili olarak Bakanlığımıza sunulan PTD Dosyası incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir ÇED Yönetmeliği'nin 17. maddesi gereğince IR:71503 NUMARALI KİL OCAĞI KAPASİTE ARTIŞI projesi'ne Valiliğimizce 'Çevresel Etki Değerlendirmesi Gerekli Değildir' kararı verilmiştir.
