Türkiye seamless pipe exports increased by 65%

When we compare the first 8 months of 2022-2023, it is seen that Türkiye seamless pipe exports in the January-August period of this year increased by 43.5% compared to the same period last year, from 16,781 tons to 24,087 tons.

January broke a record in exports

When we look at the first 8 months of 2023, it is noteworthy that the most exports took place in January, 6,182 tons of seamless pipes were exported in this month. Additionally, it is seen that the lowest export amount was in February, with an export of 1,978 tons being recorded in this month.

This year's seamless pipe exports have reached the highest level in the last six years. Seamless pipe exports were 18,383 tons in 2018, 16,123 tons in 2019, 14,680 tons in 2020, 16,215 tons in 2021, and 24,518 tons in 2022. However, an export amount of 24,086 tons was recorded in the first 8 months of 2023. According to these data, 2023 represents a significant increase in seamless pipe exports, and it is noteworthy that the lowest exports were recorded in 2020.
