(4) Çin’in Kuşak ve Yol Girişimi (Belt & Road Investment - BRI) kapsamındaki yatırımları ve inşaat sözleşmeleri 2025’te %75 artarak 213,5 milyar dolarla rekor seviyeye ulaştı. 150 ortak ülkede gerçekleşen bu artış, ABD ile gerilimin yükseldiği bir dönemde Pekin’in küresel ekonomik etkisini genişletme stratejisini yansıtıyor.

Artışın ana itici gücü enerji sektörü oldu; enerjiyle ilgili projeler 93,9 milyar dolara çıkarak bir önceki yılın iki katından fazla arttı. Çinli şirketler 2025’te 350 yeni anlaşma imzaladı (2024’te 293 anlaşma, 122,6 milyar dolar). Böylece 2012’den bu yana BRI kapsamındaki toplam sözleşme ve yatırımlar yaklaşık 1,4 trilyon dolara ulaştı.
