US cold rolled coil (CRC) imports increased in April

In April this year, US imports of cold rolled coil increased by 16.1% on a monthly basis and 114.0% on an annual basis to 148,477 tons.

Imports from Canada ranked first

Imports of cold rolled coils from Canada amounted to 48,022 tons, from Australia to 15,420 tons, from Vietnam to 15,139 tons, from Brazil to 12,583 tons and from Mexico to 10,921 tons.

Import value increased

The value of imports in this period was realized as 164.7 million dollars, while it was 143.8 million dollars in March and 85.6 million dollars in April.
