John M. Donovan: Former CEO of AT&T Communications, Donovan has a deep knowledge of technology and innovation. He serves on the boards of Lockheed Martin and Palo Alto Networks and was a former member of the US President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee.

Robert J. Stevens: Former Chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin, Mr. Stevens has experience in strategic planning and global business management. He previously held senior executive positions at companies such as Monsanto Corporation and T. Rowe Price Group.

Retired Admiral Timothy J. Keating: Retired from the US Navy, Keating is an expert in national security and crisis management. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Keating Global LLC and has served in a number of key military roles, including the US Pacific Command.
With these three new names, the number of members of the US Steel Board of Directors increased to seven. Four of these members are US citizens and three are independent.
