According to traders, such actions of the mill reflect similar changes of competitors and are aimed at stimulating the market in conditions of reduced demand and the need to ensure utilization of production capacities for the period of off-season. At the same time, market players hope that in November-December metallurgists may agree to additional discounts amid weak demand and intensified competition with imports.
