During the meeting, which was attended by OYAK General Manager Murat Yalçıntaş and the senior management team, it was emphasized that a management approach prioritizing the rights and interests of members within the principles of transparency, equality, and accountability would be adopted. Detailed information was provided about OYAK’s current activities and future plans.
It was also stated that the requests, suggestions, and feedback received from retired members—conveyed through association managers and representatives—would contribute to improving the quality of OYAK’s services.
The meeting, which facilitated mutual exchange of ideas, was attended by executives and representatives from the Retired Specialist Gendarmerie Association (EMUJAD), Military Aid and Solidarity Association (OYAD), Contracted Non-Commissioned Officers and Privates Association (SÖZPER-MALUL-DER), and the Turkish Retired Specialist Sergeants Association (TEMUD).
It was highlighted that direct communication activities in the new period would be of great importance for increasing member satisfaction. It was also noted that OYAK’s strong communication with its members would continue and that efforts to meet their expectations would persist with determination.
