North Korea announces ballistic missile launch

Japan and South Korea reported that North Korea launched two ballistic missiles in the direction of the Sea of Japan, but did not cause any damage to the air and sea elements in the region.

According to the statements from South Korea, ballistic missile tests were carried out in the direction of the Sea of Japan at 07:47 and 08:00 local time from the North Hwanghae region.

Among the statements made by Japan, there is information that the ballistic missiles launched are short-range ballistic missiles and that they traveled about 370 kilometers in the air and fell outside the Japanese national exclusive zone.

It was noteworthy that the ballistic missile tests were carried out during the military exercise of the South Korean and US armies, which will last until April 3.
