(5) 2025’teki artışın en büyük payını petrol ve doğalgaz projeleri aldı; hacim 71,5 milyar dolara çıkarak 2024’ün neredeyse üç katına ulaştı. Öne çıkan anlaşmalar arasında Republic of Congo’da 23 milyar dolarlık petrol-gaz geliştirme projesi ve **Nigeria’nın Ogidigben Gaz Devrimi Endüstri Parkı’nda 20 milyar dolarlık gaz işleme tesisi yer aldı; her ikisi de Çinli devlet şirketleri tarafından yürütülüyor.

Yenilenebilir enerji de rekor kırdı: rüzgâr, güneş ve atıktan enerji projelerine 18,3 milyar dolar taahhüt edildi. Metal ve madencilik yatırımları 32,6 milyar dolara ulaştı; özellikle bakır yatırımları, yapay zekâ veri merkezlerinden gelen artan talep nedeniyle 2025’in ikinci yarısında hızlandı.
