Kardemir’in yeni ortağı olan Soner Özbey, 27 Aralık 2024 tarihinde KRDMA paylarından 1,5 milyon lot hisse satın aldı.

Kardemir’in yeni ortağı, şirket paylarından 1,5 milyon lot hisse aldı

Soner Özbey tarafından, Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (KRDMA) hakkında açıklama yapıldı. Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu’na (KAP) yapılan açıklamada, 27.12.2024 tarihinde Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (KRDMA) payları ile ilgili olarak 29,40 – 30,22 TL fiyat aralığından 1,5 milyon (1.501.028 lot) alış işlemi gerçekleştirildiği belirtildi.

Bu işlemle birlikte Özbey’in Kardemir Karabük Demir Çelik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. sermayesindeki payları/oy hakları 27.12.2024 tarihi itibariyle yaklaşık %10 sınırına ulaştı.
