The Russian rebar market is sinking deeper and deeper into the crisis.  Scrap continues to slowly become cheaper, although for plants this effect is negated by the constant increase in logistics costs. Steelmakers, concerned about capacity utilization, reduce selling prices, while at the same time quotations on the spot are falling lower and lower.
