TOKİ, kentsel dönüşüm kapsamında Van'da ağır hasarlı binaların yerine depreme dayanıklı konutlar inşa edecek.

Depremin İzleri Tamamen Silinecek

Başbakanlık Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) yetkililerinden alınan bilgiye göre, 23 Ekim ve 9 Kasım 2011'de Van merkez ve Erciş'te meydana gelen depremden sonra afet konutlarını 300 günde inşa eden TOKİ, bölgede depremin izlerini tamamen silecek.

Van ve Erciş'te uygulanacak kentsel dönüşüm projesiyle ağır hasarlı ve enkaz halindeki binaların yerine depreme dayanıklı yeni konutlar inşa edilecek.

Bu kapsamda Van merkez Şerefiye Mahallesi'nde uygulanacak kentsel dönüşüm çalışmaları için hasar gören binaların yıkımı tamamlanarak, hak sahipleriyle anlaşmalar sağlandı. İdare, Şerefiye Mahallesi'nde 874 depreme dayanıklı, modern konut inşa edecek.
