Borsa Istanbul made a statement regarding the wholesale purchase and sale transaction in Çelik Halat shares

According to the announcement, Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.Ş. plans to sell shares with a nominal value of TL 18 million (18,033,161) to be issued within the scope of capital increase to Artaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. TL 13 million (TL 13,524,871 nominal) and Betatrans Lojistik İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. TL 4 million (TL 4,508,290 nominal) at a price of TL 35.86 per share.

This transaction is expected to be carried out through A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. on 21 August 2024. In addition, it was stated that cash and securities settlement in these transactions will be made outside the standard settlement process of the Equity Market. The official statement made by Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. was as follows:

‘The allocated sale of Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii A.Ş.'s shares with a total nominal value of TL 18,033,161 to be issued through capital increase to Artaş İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (TL 13,524,871 nominal) and Betatrans Lojistik İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. (TL 4,508,290 nominal) at a price of TL 35.86 per share will be carried out on 21/08/2024 within the scope of wholesale transactions through A1 Capital Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (Buyer and Seller Member). Cash and securities settlement in the said transaction will be made outside the Equity Market settlement process.’
