ABD, Güney Kore soğuk haddelenmiş çelik yassı ürünleri için nihai AD vergilerini açıkladı

ABD Ticaret Bakanlığı (USDOC) Güney Kore'deki bazı soğuk haddelenmiş çelik yassı ürün üreticilerinin ve ihracatçılarının 1 Eylül 2021 ile 31 Ağustos 2022 tarihleri arasındaki inceleme döneminde söz konusu ürünleri normal değerinden daha düşük fiyatlarla sattığını tespit etti.

Sonuç olarak, Hyundai Steel’e ortalama %0,88 damping marjı verilirken, POSCO/POSCO International Corporation ve KG Dongbu Steel Co, Ltd. sırasıyla %2,70 ve %2,13 damping marjı aldı.
