Türkiye's HRC exports increased by 44.6% in May

According to data compiled by SteelRadar from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye's HRC exports in May increased by 44.6% y/y, increasing from 202,023 tons to 294,037 tons. Compared to the previous month, April, it increased by 0.8%.

Total HRC exports for the January-May period increased by 52.1% from 855,622 tons to 1,301,639 tons.

Spain, Italy, and USA ranked in the top 3 in Türkiye's HRC exports during the month in question. HRC exports to Spain amounted to 85,030 tons, followed by Italy with 63,744 tons, USA with 21,000 tons, Belgium with 19,340 tons and Egypt with 13,825 tons.
