VAT will also be applied as 1 percent in the installation of prefab and containers prepared to redress the need for shelter of earthquake victims affected by earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş and Hatay.

With the temporary article added to the decision, it was decided to apply the VAT rate, including installation, as 1 percent until the end of the year in the deliveries of prefab and containers to be used in the provinces and districts where a state of emergency was declared due to the earthquakes described as the "disaster of the century".
In the decision of the Presidency published on February 14, it was foreseen that 1 percent VAT would be applied to the delivery of prefab and containers to disaster victims and the institutions and organizations listed in the first paragraph of Article 17 of the VAT Law until December 31 for use in the provinces where a state of emergency was declared.
