Tuğçelik'ten satış açıklaması geldi, KAP'a bağlı ortaklık satış işlemi hakkında açıklaması şöyle;

"Şirketimizin %100 yurt dışı bağlı ortaklığı olan Eurasia International LTD'nin 4.750.000 USD karşılığındaki satış işlemi resmi makamlarca onaylanmış olup işlem tamamlanmıştır.Elde edilen meblağın şirketimizin yatırım harcamaları ve işletme sermayesi ihtiyaçlarında kullanılması planlanmaktadır. Yatırımcılarımızın bilgisine duyurulur.
