tabiri caizse Hakem maçın 20. dakikasında düdük çaldı ve oyunun kurallarını değiştirdi buna 1 ağustos yada 31 aralık gibi bir milat belirtilseydi belki sektör için ileriye dönük düzenlemeler olabilirdi ama böyle 10 gün içinde küt diye uygulamaya geçilince üreten alan satan kullanan dahil kimse ne olduğunu anlayamadı.ne olacağına dair kimsenin fikri yok tevfkifat ödenecek ama dönüş nasıl olacak 1 yıl öncesinden kdv iadesi olan alamışken şimdi bu yükün altından kim nasıl çıksın.
