Avrupa Birliği Mahkemesi, Severstal şirketinin %77.703 hissesine sahip olan Alexey Mordashov'un yaptırım listesinden çıkarılması talebini reddetti.

Avrupa Mahkemesi Alexey Mordashov'un yaptırımların kaldırılması talebini reddetti

Avrupa Birliği geçen yıl Şubat ayında Alexey Mordashov'a, özellikle Rossiya Bank aracılığıyla Rus hükümetiyle olan bağlarından yararlandığı için yaptırım uygulamıştı.

Mahkemenin kararı özellikle Mordashov'un Rossiya Bank'taki hisselerini piyasa koşullarında bağımsız bir alıcıya sattığı konusunda hakimleri ikna edememiş olmasıyla açıklanıyor.
