ABD, HiSteel'inden alınan dikdörtgen kaynaklı çelik borular ve tüpler için ortalama damping marjını belirledi.

ABD, HiSteel şirketi için damping marjını belirledi

Resmi verilere göre, ABD Ticaret Bakanlığı (USDOC), Güney Kore'li HiSteel şirketi için damping marjını belirledi. Şirketten alınan ağır duvarlı dikdörtgen kaynaklı çelik borular ve tüpler için belirlenen ortalama damping marjı, %2,80 olarak belirlendi. Şirket için nihai anti-damping vergisi 2 Mart 2023 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olacak.

HiSteel firmasının, 1 Eylül 2020 tarihinden 31 Ağustos'a kadar olan dönemde ABD'de normal değerden daha düşük fiyatlarla satığını bildirildi.
