ABD, Güney Kore'yi Vergiden Muaf Tutacak

Rapora göre ABD, bu Mayıs ayında yürürlüğe giren tarifelerden bu yana Güney Koreli çelik ürünlerinden ilk defa tarifeleri muaf tuttu.
Ağustos ayında Donald Trump Güney Kore, Arjantin ve Brezilya'dan alınan kotanın azaltılacağını söyledi. Pazartesi günü Amerikan medikal ekipman üreticisi Micro Stamping'den, ince çelik boru üreticisi Güney Koreli SL Tech'in ürettiği paslanmaz çelik boruları hariç tutması talep edildi.
Mayıs ayından bu yana ABD, son üç yılda yıllık ortalama sevkiyatların % 70'inden fazlası için Güney Kore çeliği için yaklaşık 63 milyon tonluk bir kota uyguladı.
ABD iç piyasası ihtiyacı buna göre yerine getiremedi, bu nedenle hükümeti tarifelerden ithalatı muaf tutmaya itti.
