Avustralya'nın Black Rock şirketi POSCO ile Tanzanya'nın Mahenge projesinden uzun vadeli grafit alımını güvence altına almak için ortaklık kurdu.

Black Rock Mining, POSCO International ile ortaklık kurdu

Avustralyalı Black Rock Mining, POSCO International ile Tanzanya'daki Mahenge projesinin Modül 2'sinden uzun vadeli ince grafit alımını garanti etmeyi taahhüt eden bağlayıcı olmayan bir mutabakat anlaşması imzaladı.

Bunun karşılığında POSCO 40 milyon dolarlık ek yatırım yapacak veya Black Rock'ın hisselerinin %19,99'una kadarını satın alarak operasyonel riskleri azaltacak ve finansman ve üretim rotalarında görünürlüğü artıracak.
