AD investigation into HRC products imported from Türkiye, China, India, Japan and Russia completed

In today's (11 October 2024) issue of the Official Newspaper, the decisions taken together with the Notification on Prevention of Unfair Competition in Imports (Notification No: 2023/31) published in the Official Newspaper dated 31 October 2023 and numbered 32355 officially entered into force.

The investigation includes many hot rolled flat steel products in the customs tariff positions 7208, 7211, 7212 and 7225. Within the decision taken, anti-dumping measures will be applied to protect domestic producers in these products originating from China, India, Japan and Russia.

Antidumping duties as a percentage of the CIF value determined for various companies in India, Japan and Russia;
